INDEPENDENT COMMISSION AGAINST CORRUPTION ACT 1988 - SECT 6
Assistant Commissioners
(1) The Governor may, with the concurrence of the Commissioner, appoint one or
more Assistant Commissioners for the Independent Commission Against
Corruption.
(2) An Assistant Commissioner has and may exercise the functions
conferred or imposed on an Assistant Commissioner by or under this or any
other Act.
(3) An Assistant Commissioner shall assist the Commissioner, as
the Commissioner requires.
