43 Appropriate authorities to suspend etc

For the purposes of this Part, the appropriate authority is the relevant head of jurisdiction, but, in relation to a member of the Commission, the President of the Children’s Court or the President of the Administrative Decisions Tribunal, the appropriate authority is the Governor acting on the recommendation of the Commission.
